I checked in and my experience started off on a good note. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. My room had a clean, modern feel, and the kitchenette made me feel right at home. The little touches, like the electric fireplace, were nice for a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a separate living area. Breakfast had a good variety, and the outdoors seating area gave a nice spot to relax. The pool area looked great, but the water temperature was too cold for my liking. I had some noise issues from the room above, which interrupted my sleep, and it was a bit surprising how thin the walls felt. I also noticed a few cleanliness issues in the common areas that need some attention. The staff tried to help but overall it seemed overwhelmed at times, especially during breakfast. The parking situation wasn’t ideal either, especially during busy hours, making it hard to unload luggage. Improvements in soundproofing and cleaning standards would definitely enhance the experience.

The Staybridge Suites Milwaukee Airport South, An Ihg Hotel, features warm, inviting decor with accessible pathways, ideal for seniors. The staff were incredibly attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the spacious common areas and well-maintained facilities.

Perfect spot for families!

We had a studio suite that was cozy for two adults and two kids. The pool was decent for burning off energy, and the breakfast was solid—lots of choices! Just wish the bathroom fan wasn’t so loud and the room smelled a bit funky when we got in. Otherwise, great stay and close to Oak Creek!

The Studio Queen Suite was pretty spacious and had a nice little kitchenette. I liked the cozy decor and how clean everything felt. The beds were comfy, which was a plus. The shower pressure was a bit low though, and I could hear noise from the floors above me. Not ideal for light sleepers.

The warm, inviting decor and accessible pathways made my stay feel like a cozy retreat, where I could easily navigate all areas without stress.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite that was immaculate and had all the essentials we needed for our family getaway. The kids loved the indoor pool and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of activities. The only minor downside was the breakfast could've had more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

i recently stayed in the studio queen suite for one night. my experience far exceeded my previous stays in franklin with the spacious room and well-equipped kitchenette. the breakfast was top-notch, offering fresh pastries and a variety of options.

The fitness center was a nice surprise, featuring treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights. Plus, it was convenient for keeping up with workouts while traveling. We also enjoyed the overall cleanliness of our suite during our stay with our non-service dog.

My children wanted more variety in the breakfast options to keep them excited in the mornings.
